DEMURO is the platform our own demurrage team works in every day. Built by Deep Blue Labs, it carries a voyage from the port call and agent nomination through the statement of facts to laytime, demurrage and the final claim.

From Port Call to Nomination
Port Calls
Create a port call with the vessel, port, ETA, activity, cargo and owners. Each call moves from Pending to Active to Completed, and nominating an agent sets it to Active automatically.
AI PDA Import
Add one proforma disbursement account per agent. Import the agent's PDF and AI extracts the line items, or build the PDA by hand. Every line is tagged with one of 12 categories so costs compare like for like.
PDA Comparison
See every agent's PDA side by side, matched by category rather than by how each agent words it. The agency fee sits on its own row so each agent's margin is clear, and the cheapest figure in every row is highlighted. Amounts convert to USD at European Central Bank rates, refreshed hourly.
Agent Nomination
Choose the agent, fill in the voyage and principal details, and export the agency appointment letter as a Word document. Sender details fill in from your profile, and the owner's email comes from your contacts.
Statement of Facts & Laytime
Log port events with date, time and remarks, and record delays with from and to times and whether they count against laytime. The laytime calculator works out time used, deductions, and demurrage or despatch on your agreed terms.
Documents & Contacts
Exported letters save automatically, and you can drop in agent PDFs, voyage orders and bills of lading. Files are stored securely and downloaded through time-limited links. Agents, owners and charterers live in one shared directory.
